The IPC Jury has published the IPC Notice #1. All IPC Jury Notices will be available on the Info area on the scoring board on the DZ and on this website. The first one is attached:

The Jury with IPC president Graeme just arrived. They can see the teams doing their training jump now. All four aircrafts are flying now since 9:00 hrs CEST...

Most of the teams are here now. We get slowly better weather and training jumps for today will start at about 15:00 hrs. The first 15 minute call is announced...

Today and tomorrow is an Open Day at the airfield. It was opened today with a short welcome speach for the visitors by Mrs. Monika Bachmann, head of the district authority. She also gave a 175€ cheque to support the airfield festivity to Christoph Knerr, president of local skydiving club FSV Saar e.V. Thank You! ...

Several teams from Russia, France, USA, UK and Sweden arrived today. And the relaxed training mood was a good opportunity for new team photos, so please check the Team Profiles. Weather was good for 24 loads. Tomorrow is the Open Day on the airfield with a band playing in the evening. CU soon!

The first teams already arrived at the competition site in Saarlouis. 4-Way teams from Australia, Italy, Portugal and Germany as well as a freefly team from United Kingdom made training jumps from Do 28 aircraft. And Karla Cole has started the judges course. We wish all competitors and officials a nice and safe trip to Saarlouis. CU soon!

FAI just approved the second bulletin for the events:

Thank you very much for your huge interest in competition skydiving! We see from the preliminary enry forms that we'll welcome a very high number of nations (17+) and teams (61+) in the different competitions. The detailed data is attached as PDF file:

The FAI just published the list of judges for FAI World Cup and European Championships in Artistic Events, Saarlouis, Germany 1-7 August 2011:

At least 16 nations will participate at the European Championship and/or World Cup competitions in Formation Skydiving and Artistic Events. The number of nations and teams is still preliminary and subject to change.

Karla Cole will lead a FAI Judges Training and Evaluation Course for Formation Skydiving and Vertical Formation Skydiving on the competition DZ Saarlouis/Germany between Thursday July 28 2011 8 am and Saturday July 30 2011 8 pm. For details and registration please see the following document:
