Since January	Registration is opened. NACs (National Airsport Control organisations) send Notice of Intent
Until 1st of May	2nd Bulletin will be published
Until 18th of May (75 days to go)	NACs send Preliminary Entry Form
When Entry Forms are received at EPCWC office	We will contact teams for Team Profiles (images, team and sponsor links)
Until 17th of June (45 days to go)	NACs send Official Entry Form and Attachment and pay Entry Fee. Late entry is possible and there is no late entry fee.
Until 30 June 2011	Registration for FAI FS- and VFS Judges Training and Evaluation Course
27th of July to 1st of August	Precompetition Training
1st of August to 7th of August	Competitions
